    Hello,
I'd like to order one of the white, V-shaped plastic supports. After reading the several stories on the Better Business Bureau's page with others having the same problems with the clamps, I've decided not to order the clamps or the metal pin.

I would like the V-shapped support shipped to:

    S. Sierra
    Austin, Tx 78731
And would like to pay with Visa credit card:
Please ship by ground and e-mail me with a confirmation number for the order and a tracking number for the shipment.

I am truly amazed at your company's ignorance. Not only have you lost the business of selling me the clamps (you sell low quality clamps), you've also opted not to sell me the support, and now, you're going to get another very negative complaint filed with the better business bureau. On top of this, your response email showing your poor customer service will be posted on at least 7 tennis/stringing sites of which I am a member and I'll be sure to refer my customers away from your company.

So to total YOUR losses, $34 for clamps, $5 for pin, and $5 for support....that's $44 you've just lost. Not to mention the HUNDREDS you will lose as a result of this being posted on other sites. GREAT JOB! And to think instead of losing hundreds, you could have just shipped the support and made your $5. Keep up the good work.

    S. Sierra filed to BBB. The complaint number is 10424448.

    1. S. Sierra did not purchase the machine or any products from Maxline. Maxline has no relationship with S. Sierra. S. Sierra is not a customer of Maxline. S. Sierra is a stranger to Maxline.
    2. S. Sierra purchased the machine from the other supplier. His supplier (seller) has the obligation to provide the parts to him, not Maxline.
    3. About "What settlement would you consider fair?"
      S. Sierra: I demand that Maxline send the item I ordered free of charge to compensate for their discriminatory stance to customer service. (won’t happen because they have bad customer service).
Maxline feels that BBB shall request S.Sierra to provide his supplier’s name (seller). The BBB and S.Sierra shall demand this supplier (seller) to send a new machine to S.Sierra to compensate for S.Sierra’s problem. And the BBB and S.Sierra shall demand this supplier (seller) to send 1 cent to Maxline to compensate for wasting Maxline’s time.
    4. About the bad customer service:
      S. Sierra is not a customer of Maxline. Maxline has no relationship with S.Sierra. S.Sierra is a stranger to Maxline. Therefore, the correct terminology shall be "Bad stranger service". Maxline feels that it will be fair to use this terminology “Bad Stranger Service”. Maxline has no interest and no intention to provide parts or service to strangers. Maxline has the obligation to provide the service and parts to those customers who purchase the machines from maxline.
    5. About " then called and demanded my order be sent and they just hung upon me."
It will be fair that BBB demands S.Sierra to mail a copy of his telephone bill statement to BBB to prove there was a call to Maxline’s telephone number (310-523-4641). If S.Sierra can not mail his telephone bill statement to BBB or there is no this telephone number (310-523-4641) on his telephone bill statement, this statement is false.

If you do not provide after-sales service for the other brands' machines and refuse to promote your product I have no comments. But why you say you ask $45 for SERVICE fee? Is that ridiculous? Does your company give your the right to offer $45 service?

You have to be honest to do business or you will ruin your company.

It is very simple. If you have our machine, you do not need any measurement. All the parts and clamps could be replaced at no problem. You do not have our machine. Therefore, you need the measurement. You are not our customer. We do not need to service you. If you still want us to measure, we will charge you for the service fee.

I am not interested in your said service. My purpose is very simple: to buy a product of your company. It that conflicts your company's interests? Isn't ridiculous for you to be so lazy to make fool of a possible customer for your company?

Please let me know your boss name and contact information.
