Just read your Bad Stranger Service, couldn't agree with you more. People are just plain stupid. Keep up the good work.

I went to stringingforum.net to post my good experience with your warranty service, and found some guy "bcoday" getting all mad at your customer service, when he was trying to find a part FROM ANOTHER MACHINE VENDOR!! My god, how often do you need to say you don't support other machines?

All I can say is, thank you for your customer service to someone who BOUGHT one of your machines!

I've owned a Flex940 for a couple years. Works great. And, once you've bought a machine from Eagnas, you can always order string & other stuff at the same discount as when you buy a machine.... a really good deal!

Customer support (for someone who bought a machine from them); after getting my Flex940, there was something missing, a couple tools or something, nothing major - called them up, immediately, "no problem, we'll send".

Warranty service; had the threads in one of the support brackets strip out, so I emailed, asking what I needed to do, gal said send it back. And, I got it back about 2 weeks later. Which means they took care of it right away upon arrival, as it was USPS both ways. No hassle there.

While I do *not* condone bad customer service, I will point out how strongly Maxline has always said on their website that they DO NOT SUPPORT OR SELL PARTS for other vendors. It was that way when I bought my machine, and it's still there today. I do see that now they say they'll measure a part for $45/hour. I notice that you were trying to find a part for another machine, bcoday, and that's obviously what started your conversation down a bad path.

Imagine the hassle Maxline has gone through over the years, with buyers from higher profit margin machines trying to see if replacement parts from the low-margin vendor will fix their machines. Waste of time dealing with the calls. Waste of money when they order a part, send it back, and Maxline's out the initial shipping fees, restocking, packaging, etc. If they sold their machines for more profit, then maybe they could afford to hire someone to deal with those inquires, but frankly, I wouldn't want that, because I would have had to paid more for my Flex940!

So to anyone reading this thread, debating buying Eagnas, I say, as others have said before I bought mine (and I read those comments), yes, you can spend a lot more and get a better quality machine (how much better, I have no idea, maybe just a bit, maybe a lot). You can spend something like 20% (guessing) more, and get practically the same machine, with a different brand name on it (and possibly better customer service). But, for the money, you can't beat Eagnas.

Just remember, DON'T CALL/EMAIL THEM ASKING FOR PARTS FOR OTHER MACHINES! (Lol... unless the new $45/hr thing they've got changes their tune!)

Maxline has no obligation to provide parts for other brands' machines or other suppliers:
  1.

    B. Coday's logical problem

    B. Coday purchased an electronic stringing machine from Mutual Power. Now B. Coday needs the rotational string gripper for his Mutual Power stringing machine. But Mutual Power does carry the spare parts. B. Coday wants to purchase this rotational string gripper from Maxline. Maxline indicates that we do not sell spare parts for the other brians' machines. B. Coday complains to internet about Maxline. B. Coday has the logical problem. B. Coday shall complain about the Mutual Power does not carry the spare parts to service its customers, not Maxline. Maxline has no relationship with Mutual Power and B. Coday.

    B. Coday has severe logic probelm. He ought to see doctor about his problem.

Note: Maxline feels that it is not necessory to publish this information. But this customer indicated that Maxline provides the bad customer service over internet. Maxline has no choice to publish this information.

After talking with you on the phone, and struggling with getting you to understand me, I decided to spend the rest of my afternoon finding places to voice my complaints about your customer skills. Actually, the LACK of your customer skills.

I called ready to purchase the item that I tried to describe to you and only had ONE QUESTION about the diameter of the hole that attaches the item to the pull shaft. SIMPLE!!

But you had to act like a complete A**HOLE and hang up.

I will be adding my complaints to those that I've already found concerning your items and you personally. Here's a sample that can now be found when searching online for Maxline EAGNAS:

Hopefully a few people might read these and think twice about spending any money with you.

Here's another addition to the MANY complaints you get. Perhaps doing better might result in fewer complaints? Does that not make sense to you?

I am sending this to as many people as I can find that are somehow connected to EAGNAS machines for two reasons:

    1. To let them know how terrible their U.S. customer service is being handled. My hope is that SOMEONE at EAGNAS cares about this!

    AND

    2. To see if there is anyone that can provide information about the diameter of the center hole in this rotational grip puller (picture in the link below) from an EAGNAS machine. It appears to be from the Pro 845 machine as well as several others. I still need to purchase one if the shaft hole is the correct diameter.

    Hello,
I'd like to order one of the white, V-shaped plastic supports. After reading the several stories on the Better Business Bureau's page with others having the same problems with the clamps, I've decided not to order the clamps or the metal pin.

I would like the V-shapped support shipped to:

    S. Sierra
    Austin, Tx 78731
And would like to pay with Visa credit card:
Please ship by ground and e-mail me with a confirmation number for the order and a tracking number for the shipment.

I am truly amazed at your company's ignorance. Not only have you lost the business of selling me the clamps (you sell low quality clamps), you've also opted not to sell me the support, and now, you're going to get another very negative complaint filed with the better business bureau. On top of this, your response email showing your poor customer service will be posted on at least 7 tennis/stringing sites of which I am a member and I'll be sure to refer my customers away from your company.

So to total YOUR losses, $34 for clamps, $5 for pin, and $5 for support....that's $44 you've just lost. Not to mention the HUNDREDS you will lose as a result of this being posted on other sites. GREAT JOB! And to think instead of losing hundreds, you could have just shipped the support and made your $5. Keep up the good work.

    3. About "What settlement would you consider fair?"
      S. Sierra: I demand that Maxline send the item I ordered free of charge to compensate for their discriminatory stance to customer service. (won’t happen because they have bad customer service).

It will be fair that BBB demands S.Sierra to mail a copy of his telephone bill statement to BBB to prove there was a call to Maxline’s telephone number (310-523-4641). If S.Sierra can not mail his telephone bill statement to BBB or there is no this telephone number (310-523-4641) on his telephone bill statement, this statement is false.
