TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Order Forms

    We do not have the special order forms. Just e-mail, call, fax or write to us and indicate which products you would like to order.

    To order, please call us at (310) 523-4641, fax us at (310) 538-9686, text us at (310) 800-6187, or e-mail to us at mason@eagnas.com. Please provide us your name, address and telephone number, and let us know how would you like to ship it by air or by ground.

    You could order our products via internet. Click here to order online.

  2. International Order

    We do ship our products internationally.

  3. Minimum Order

    We accept small orders.

  4. Sales Tax

    California residents and out of state orders need to add the sales tax. There is no sales tax for international order.

  5. Method of Payment

    We accept cashier's check, money order, Visa, Mastercard, Discover card and American Express. No charge will be made to credit cards until the product ship's. No surcharge for credit cards. Within the United States, you can send a personal check or pay by C.O.D. Products will not ship until personal check clears the bank. All C.O.D. orders will have a service fee of $8.50 imposed by UPS. C.O.D. orders must be paid by cashier’s check or money order (no personal check and cash). Prepaid orders must include the shipping cost. Shipping cost will be quoted at time of order. If you would like use credit card, please provide us with the credit card number and the expiration date of the credit card.

  6. Price

    The prices are in United States Dollars and are valid for both domestic and export sales. Prices are subject to change without notice.

  7. Special Order

    We only handle the standard package. This way the shipping department will not make a mistake.

    We do not exchange any items from the box. And also we do not remove any items from the box.

  8. Freight

    All orders are F.O.B. shipping point. This means the customer pays all shipping costs. We always choose the shipping method most economical for you. The shipping cost depends on which model of stringing machine and where you are located. Please let us know which model of stringing machine you would like to order. We will calculate the shipping cost for you.

  9. Returns

    Return authorization numbers must be requested before acceptance. Unauthorized returns are refused and returned at customer’s expense. All returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date. Merchandise returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We reserve the right to inspect for misuse and to determine whether repair, replacement or adjustment is necessary. Merchandise must be returned in original packing and in resaleable condition. All products returned must: be 100% complete, contain all original boxes and packing materials, contain all manuals and other accessories. The customer pays all shipping charges. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges back to MAXLINE on returned items. When we receive products back, we inspect them carefully, then immediately credit your charge card or send a refund check.

  10. Shortage and Damage

    Please inspect each shipment upon receipt of merchandise. Note any discrepancies or damage. Call us immediately about any shortages. All claims must be made with our office within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Damage that occurs in transit is the carrier’s responsibility and claims must be made at once to the carrier by you.

    Specifications and availability may change without notice.

  12. Member Price

    When you purchase an Eagnas stringing machine from us, you will be the member of Eagnas club. Your invoice number is the member number. As the member of Eagnas club, you have the privilege to enjoy the best prices on the select products, such as strings, grips, bags, accessories, .. etc.

  13. After Sale Service

    We only service the Eagnas brand stringing machines. We do not provide the after-sale service for the other brands' machines. You need to get the after-sale service from the brand you purchased from. Please do not bring those discontinued machines (such as Ektelon H, Winn Pro II, Gamma 4000, Czech Sports' CT750FD, .. etc.) and other brands' machines to our warehouse and request for the service.

  14. Spare Parts

    We stock all kinds of spare parts for all the Eagnas brand stringing machines. Since 1985 we import and market the Eagnas stringing machines in the United States market. We still keep the spare parts to service those Eagnas stringing machines sold since 1985. But we do not provide the parts for the other brands' machines. You need to get the spare parts from the brand you purchased from. Please do not request the parts for those discontinued machines (such as Ektelon H, Winn Pro II, Gamma 4000, Czech Sports' CT750FD, .. etc.)

  15. Warranty

    • 1 year warranty for all the electronic tension heads with stringing machine purchase
    • 2 years warranty for all the string clamps, clamp bases, manual crank tension heads, string grippers and ratchet devices with stringing machine purchase
    • 5 years warranty for all the mechanical parts with stringing machine purchase
    • 90 days warranty for all the parts purchase, such as: parts, string clamps, bags, tennis trainer, and tennis ball pick up devices

  16. Warranty Service

    For warranty service, please just send back the broken parts and a copy of the invoice. Our technician will check and repair/replace it for you. The replacement parts will be shipped by the ground delivery. Please do not request for the express delivery. If you lost the invoice, you can send us a copy of the credit card statement. If you send back the parts without invoice, we will not provide the service. Please mail the parts to the following address:

  17. Will Call

    You can come and pick up the machine. But call us before you come. We have to make sure that we have the model of the stringing machine you need in stock. You need to order the machine first. Then you can pick up the machine from our warehouse. Our warehouse address is as follows:

  18. Bargain

    We always provide the best prices around the world. Therefore, we just can not reduce the prices any further. If you would like to bargain, please shop around to get thr best deal you could. If you still like our products, please do not bargain. We do not bargain at all.

  19. Privacy Policy

    We do not sell or rent our customers' personal information, and have no intention of doing so in the future.
