I can't tell you how much I love my stringing machine. I bought the 722e. In my case the E stands for extatic!!! I am a frequent string breaker. It has been an increadable convienence to have a machine of this caliber at home. Thanks so much for the upgrade to the electronic digital tension reader. Between myself, my daughter, and several freinds I have nearly run myself out of string. I am looking to get my member price, but I do not know what my member number is? Could you please respond with it for me? I can not seem to find my invoice.
As I write this email, I recognize this is going to be a test. I read a lot of negitive feedback about your customer service prior to buying the unit. It just sounded like a bunch of ranting to me. I don't believe it for a minute. I read plenty of reviews that stated your machine was sub par. That is clearly not the case. I am looking forward to you proving it!
In any case, If you could please respond with my member number i would truly apprecieate it.
