Awesome machine. Had a little problem with Tension head, Victor helped replacing it right away without any problems. Clamps are very good, Tension head is very good. Machine is very sturdy, strong. I have strung about 6-8 racquets so far. I love to string my own racquets, I don't do it for living. I just love to play tennis and break strings so often, so I string myself on this machine. It's a very good machine for a value I paid.
Regarding customer service, Victor has just been amazing. He was very helpful and patient. He didn't even mind giving me his cell phone number in case I had a problem so I can call back.
I'm very happy with the machine so far. Not just that I bought so many other tools from Maxline to go with the machine like starting clamp, path finder, string tension meter, strings saver etc..
