I just purchased a Flex 920 on Dec. 17th, 2012, as a first stringing machine. The stringer shipped the next day and it was delivered Christmas Eve to my home in Connecticut. The stringer was packed well and was easy to assemble. On Christmas day my son and I strung 4x racquets and on boxing day an additional 3x (you now understand why we need a stringer - 2x more still to do). I am very impressed with the quality of materials and the strength of the machine. In fact, I can not imagine needing a more expensive machine. The stand and brake are sufficient and the versatility of the clamps and framework are solid. As we purchased the digital calibrator as well, we checked calibration and it was spot-on. I had been looking at used stringers on the web but I am very glad that I purchased a new stringer from Eagnas especially given the warranty. I can confidently recommend Eagnas and I look forward to testing plenty of string from them as well.
