I bought my Challenger I stringing machine in Jan 2015 and have strung over 2-3 hundreds of racquets.
I remember after a year, one of the plastic knob was broken without any reason. I send in an email with a picture of the part and ask for replacement. After a few weeks, I received the replacement part and the unit is working since. Over all it has some minor wear and tear which is fixable nothing serious. Overall Challenger I is a very sturdy and well built machine. Well worth the money.
